Overview

  • Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial property projects.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct clients, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners to expand the company's sales network.
  • Regularly visit and engage with brokers to introduce new projects, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate broker registrations, commission documentation, and follow up on broker inquiries.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours for clients and brokers.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers and brokers to maximize sales conversion.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements within company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer and broker records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations, booking forms, reservation documents, and sales reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely handover.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property or real estate sales.
  • Experience working with real estate brokers and channel partners is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the local property market and sales processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
