Overview
- Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial property projects.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct clients, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners to expand the company's sales network.
- Regularly visit and engage with brokers to introduce new projects, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships.
- Coordinate broker registrations, commission documentation, and follow up on broker inquiries.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours for clients and brokers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and brokers to maximize sales conversion.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and broker records in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, reservation documents, and sales reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely handover.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers.
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property or real estate sales.
- Experience working with real estate brokers and channel partners is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of the local property market and sales processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
