Overview

1.

Cross-Platform Management: Oversee the strategic planning and in-depth management of the company’s account matrix across major domestic and international platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

2.

Content Planning & Analysis: Continuously develop high‑impact topics, monitor industry trends and competitor activity, conduct thorough analyses of viral content structures, and produce weekly actionable topic libraries and high‑conversion scripts.

3.

Production Coordination: Manage on‑set logistics, design shot sequences, liaise with guests, and control lighting and visual aesthetics.

Ensure editing quality meets algorithmic preferences and aligns with brand standards.

4.

Data‑Driven Optimization: Conduct detailed post‑performance reviews of key metrics such as completion rates, engagement duration, second‑click rates, and CTR.

Use data insights to refine topic selection and script logic, thereby improving customer acquisition efficiency.

5.

Strategy & Conversion: Develop strategies for growing follower counts, optimizing ad spend, and driving private‑domain conversions.

Leverage official platform resources to secure increased exposure, promotional placements, and traffic support.

6.

Routine Maintenance: Handle account updates, community engagement, ad placements, comment moderation, and website content maintenance.

Continuously refine content direction through data analysis to maintain healthy account performance and a balanced follower demographic.

Qualifications

1.

Proven Experience: 2–3 years of multi‑platform operations experience, with a deep understanding of domestic and international platform algorithms and live‑streaming guidelines (particularly TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Video Accounts).

2.

Strong Content Skills: Exceptional writing ability and a keen sense of visual storytelling; adept at building user trust through a combination of knowledge, lifestyle insights, and engaging narration.

3.

Results‑Oriented: Focuses on conversion outcomes rather than just likes, able to identify business pain points from data fluctuations and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

4.

Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrates strong cross‑departmental coordination skills, efficiently collaborating with production, design, advertising teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

5.

Global Aesthetic Sensibility: Candidates with an international aesthetic perspective and a keen understanding of overseas markets—especially Dubai and the Middle East—and local user preferences are preferred.
