Job Responsibilities

• **Multi-Platform Management:**
• Responsible for planning and operating the company’s account matrix across major domestic and international platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram.
• **Content Planning & Analysis:**
• Continuously generate high-virality content ideas, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and deeply analyze the structure of viral content.
• Deliver a weekly pipeline of executable content topics and high-conversion scripts.
• **Production & Coordination:**
• Oversee on-site shooting, including scheduling, shot design, guest coordination, and lighting control.
• Ensure editing quality and final output align with platform algorithms and brand aesthetics.
• **Data-Driven Optimization:**
• Conduct in-depth analysis of metrics such as completion rate, watch time, re-engagement rate, and CTR.
• Use data insights to refine content direction and script logic, improving customer acquisition efficiency.
• **Strategy & Conversion:**
• Develop strategies for follower growth, paid traffic, and private domain conversion.
• Liaise with platform representatives to secure exposure, campaign placements, and traffic support.
• **Daily Operations:**
• Manage daily account updates, engagement, paid promotions, comment moderation, and website content updates.
• Continuously optimize content strategy through data analysis to maintain account health and audience quality.
