About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Real Estate Recruiter** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the UAE real estate sector and a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals.(Candidates with experience serving Russian and European client will be given preference)
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real estate market**
- Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring sales agents and property consultants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be **available to join immediately**
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview real estate professionals
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events to attract top talent
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
