We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographer & Videographer specializing in real estate to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of property marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-end photography and cinematic video content for residential and commercial properties.
- Plan and execute shoots with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and spatial storytelling.
- Edit and deliver polished photo and video assets aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual campaigns.
- Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and on-site setup efficiently.
Requirements**
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural and artificial) and color grading experience with drone photography/videography is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines excellent attention to detail and a refined creative eye.
Visa Requirement
- Candidate must have their own valid visa.
