About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrator to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate will support the daily administrative operations of our real estate department and ensure smooth management of listings, documentation, and coordination across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and RERA systems
- Ensure all property details, images, and information are accurate and up to date
- Handle property forms, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate with agents, landlords, and clients regarding listings and inquiries
- Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and other real estate documents
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing team
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and RERA systems
- Understanding of real estate documents such as MOUs and tenancy contracts
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
