Requirements
- Fluent in **English** with excellent communication skills and a clear, professional accent.
- Fluent in **Russian** (Native or Professional proficiency).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Call Center, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Sales.
- UAE Real Estate experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and schedule qualified appointments.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
- Candidates holding **their own visa, spouse-sponsored visa, or family-sponsored visa** are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
