About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Real Estate Administrator** to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations of the real estate department and ensure smooth handling of listings, documentation, and coordination across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across platforms such as **Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and RERA systems**
- Ensure all property data, images, and details are accurate and up to date
- Handle property-related forms, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate with agents, landlords, and clients for listing updates and inquiries
- Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, MOU, and other real estate documents
- Maintain proper filing system (digital and physical)
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and procedures
- Support the sales/lettings team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle & RERA platforms**
- Understanding of real estate forms and documentation (MOU, tenancy contracts, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
