Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and independent **Corporate Lounge Chef** to manage the kitchen and catering operations of our **premium real estate lounge.**
Instead of heavy kitchen service, this role focuses on creating high-end snacks, refreshing gourmet salads, and premium light pasta dishes for our high-net-worth clients, VIP guests, and executive team.
The ideal candidate will run the kitchen lounge autonomously, ensuring 5-star presentation and full inventory control.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- **Gourmet Food Preparation:** Prepare a daily selection of premium finger foods, gourmet Mediterranean/Continental salads, and light, upscale pasta dishes.
- **Beverage Service:** Make and serve high-end specialty coffees, premium teas, and refreshing healthy mocktails for corporate clients.
- **End-to-End Inventory:** Independently manage grocery shopping, source fresh ingredients from top local suppliers, track food costs, and keep the kitchen perfectly stocked.
- **Lounge Cleanliness:** Maintain flawless kitchen hygiene and organizing standards at all times, keeping the guest lounge looking pristine.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- **3–5 years of experience** in a premium café, boutique hotel, or luxury corporate lounge in the UAE.(Applicants must have their own valid UAE visa.)
- Strong expertise in cold kitchen presentation (gourmet salads/canapés) and quick, high-quality pasta dishes.
- Excellent presentation skills—food and drinks must look visually sophisticated for investors and VVIPs.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with excellent hospitality manners.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
