Real Estate Listing Coordinator

Role Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
• Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Experience managing property listings across major real estate portals.
• Strong CRM and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with property owners and agents.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Professional attitude, organization and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and acquire new property listings for the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords and agents.
• Contact property owners and secure new units.
• Negotiate listing terms and coordinate the onboarding of new properties.
• Ensure complete and accurate property information and documentation.
• Maintain and update acquired listings in the CRM and property portals.
• Coordinate with sales and leasing consultants to ensure newly acquired units are properly marketed.
• Monitor listing quality, availability and market competitiveness.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with owners to secure repeat and exclusive listings.
• Achieve monthly targets for new units acquired and quality inventory generated.

Compensation

• Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month.
