Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lease the company Property Management portfolio and handle leasing or sales of secondary-market properties.
• Contact and follow up on company-distributed leads; qualify prospective tenants and understand their requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings; present features, pricing, and terms.
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants; secure bookings and close transactions.
• Coordinate with administration on contracts and documentation and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants and report lead status and deal progress.
• Maintain occupancy of company-managed properties and follow company policies and compliance requirements.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs.
• Attend the office during company working hours and maintain punctuality and professional conduct.
• Provide daily activity updates and accurately report calls, meetings, and transactions.
• Update the CRM daily with leads, viewings, and deal progress.

Requirements

• At least one year of proven real estate leasing experience.
• Property management or secondary-market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; customer-focused and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and close deals.
• Local real estate market knowledge; Dubai market knowledge is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Work in a disciplined and professional manner and maintain professional appearance and behavior.
