Seeking a Real Estate Broker in Abu Dhabi to assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
The broker guides clients through transactions, supports sales, and helps expand market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Generate clients and listings through networking, cold calling, social media, and direct marketing.
- Consult with clients, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide market and property advice.
- Negotiate transactions, assist with MOUs, tenancy contracts, and transfer documents, and manage client and developer relationships.
- Coordinate property photography, listings, and promotions with marketing across major UAE property portals.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of brokerage experience; Abu Dhabi or UAE market experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate laws, regulations, and major developer projects such as Aldar, Bloom, and IMKAN.
- Exceptional spoken and written English; Arabic or other widely spoken languages are an advantage.
- Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to negotiate and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
