Full-time real estate sales role based in Abu Dhabi.
The employer seeks a driven professional with 1–2 years of sales experience and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and present property features to prospective buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Use objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques to finalize property deals.
- Track Abu Dhabi real estate trends, off-plan projects, and competitor activity.
- Support client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business through strong customer service.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
- UAE or Abu Dhabi real estate experience is highly preferred; strong general sales experience will be considered.
- Understanding of sales cycles, negotiation tactics, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Ability to build trust with diverse clients and work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
