Advise buyers, sellers, and investors across the property market from initial consultation through deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors and understand their investment goals, preferences, and budgets.
- Handle company-provided leads, source listings, and advise clients on market trends, ROI, and Abu Dhabi legal requirements.
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations for ready and off-plan developments.
- Mediate terms, pricing, and conditions between parties to secure transactions.
- Maintain client communications, pipeline records, and listing updates in the corporate CRM.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience; prior UAE or Abu Dhabi property-market experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are required.
- Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or other multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Highly motivated, resilient, target-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Pay and earning potential
- Pay is listed as AED 200 per month.
- The offer describes a guaranteed one-month allowance for onboarding and tiered commission with uncapped income potential.

- Experienced brokers are offered UAE residency visa and Emirates ID sponsorship.
- Company support includes generated leads, premium property portal listings, administrative support, and direct developer inventories.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role includes property tours and site visits in Abu Dhabi.
