We're hiring someone to run and grow our online sales, managing our advertising, creating the content that sells our products and building the product pages that convert visitors into buyers.
You don't need any ecommerce experience.
We'll teach you everything.
Here's why we're looking for real estate agents to switch to ecommerce: after years of hiring, we've learned that most people with previous "ecommerce experience" bring bad habits, low standards and mediocre thinking.
The best people we've ever worked with came from completely unrelated industries.
What they brought was character, intelligence and a relentless drive to win.
That matters more than any technical skill — because skills we can teach, but mindset we can't.
If you're a real estate agent in Dubai who's sharp, street-smart and hungry to make money — but the current market conditions are making that harder and harder to do in real estate — then this is your opportunity.
Unlike real estate, this role comes with a strong fixed base salary (18k AED/Month) so you're not living deal to deal.
On top of that, after the first 6-12 months, high performers can realistically reach 5-10k AED per month in additional commissioned compensation.
You get financial stability and commissioned upside — without depending on a single closing.
What You'Ll Do
- 1.
- Run and manage our paid advertising across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google — deciding how much to spend, where to spend it, and adjusting daily based on what's working.
- We'll train you on every platform from scratch.
- 2.
- Come up with ideas for ads that grab attention and make people buy — what to say, what angle to take, what visually hooks someone in the first 3 seconds.
- 3.
- Build and manage a small team of 2–3 video editors to consistently produce new ad content every week.
- 4.
- Write the text for our ads and build the web pages where customers land, browse, and purchase — then continuously test and improve them to increase sales.
- 5.
- Help us expand the brand into new countries and markets.
- 6.
- Track performance numbers weekly — how much we're spending on ads, how much revenue those ads generate, and which ads are actually making us money.

- Proof that you perform — You've been a top earner at your brokerage, consistently hit or exceeded targets, or succeeded in any competitive, results-driven environment.
- We don't care what industry.
- We care that you've shown you can think, compete, and deliver when it matters.

- A money mindset — You're driven by results and earning potential, and you're not embarrassed to say it.
- You know what it takes to earn at the top and you're willing to put in the work to get there.

- A natural sense for what makes people buy — Whether you've used this to close property deals, sell services, or convince someone to take action, you instinctively understand what to say and how to say it to get people to move.

- Comfortable with numbers — You don't just rely on instinct.
- You track what's working and what's not — whether that's how many viewings turn into offers, how much you're spending vs. earning, or which approach gets the best results.
- If you already think in numbers, you'll thrive here.
- 5.
- Strong written and spoken English — We sell to customers in the USA and other English-speaking countries.
- You need to be able to write clearly and communicate sharply in English.
- 6.
- Intelligence and fast learning — You'll be learning new tools and skills from day one.
- We need someone who picks things up quickly and doesn't need the same thing explained twice.
- 7.
- Commitment — We're not interested in people who jump from job to job every few months.
- We're looking for someone who's ready to commit, learn a new craft and grow with us.

Logistics
This is a Dubai-based position.
You will be working with us from our office in Downtown Dubai.
We will sponsor your Visa.
Compensation
Base AED 18-20k per month depending on background, with additional performance compensation starting 6-12 months after beginning with us (strong performers can realistically reach 5-10k AED per month additional compensation in the first year on top of the base salary).
