Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong client portfolio while achieving sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activity through research
- Support clients with property listings, arrange viewings, and handle negotiations
- Provide professional advice on market trends, valuations, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales progress
- Actively generate new leads through **cold calling, networking, and business development activities**
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum **6 months experience in real estate** is required
- Must be comfortable and experienced in **cold calling and lead generation**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Multilingual candidates (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Basic salary + attractive commission structure
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
