Job Description
We are seeking a **creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer** with **experience in the Dubai real estate market preferred**.
This is a hybrid role requiring both **strong graphic design skills and hands-on digital marketing execution**, focused on generating leads, increasing property visibility, and building a strong brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials including property listings, brochures, social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives
- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create, upload, and optimize property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Manage and grow social media accounts across all major platforms
- Edit and enhance property photos and videos to a professional standard
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Work closely with the sales team to promote listings and generate qualified leads
- Track campaign performance and optimize results using analytics
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate marketing is **preferred**
- Strong skills in **both graphic design and digital marketing (hybrid role)**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of UAE property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
