Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in real estate marketing.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and SEO, with the ability to generate and manage high-quality leads for property listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for real estate projects
- Execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Generate and manage qualified leads for property listings
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts
- Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and SEO
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Portfolio or examples of past campaigns/projects (required)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Additional Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Dubai
- Available for full-time, in-person work
