Responsibilities
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend properties suited to their budget, location, and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property details.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, and prospects; follow up with leads and manage the client pipeline.
- Share relevant information about prices, locations, projects, and market activity.
- Support clients through offers and negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing, administration, and support teams as needed.
- Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
