Role overview

Full-time real estate sales and leasing role based in Abu Dhabi.

Supports Japanese-speaking clients in residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and investment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with property purchases, sales, leasing, and investment.
  • Build client and investor relationships; generate business through networking, referrals, leads, and property portals.
  • Assess client needs, recommend properties, and conduct viewings, consultations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Provide Abu Dhabi market information and support transactions through closing.
  • Maintain listings and CRM records, meet sales and leasing targets, and monitor developments and relevant regulations.
  • Represent the company with professional, personalized customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English with excellent verbal communication is required.
  • Prior real estate, property consultancy, leasing, or client-facing sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills are sought.
  • Customer orientation, interest in real estate and the UAE market, self-motivation, and comfort with commission-based sales are expected.
  • CRM, property portal, and digital marketing familiarity and experience with Japanese clients are advantageous.
  • A UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
