Property Sales Consultant

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, and investors; promote residential properties and off-plan developments.
• Understand client needs, budgets, and investment goals; recommend suitable properties and present projects.
• Build client relationships through networking, referrals, and follow-up; conduct consultations and property viewings.
• Explain property prices, payment plans, market trends, launches, listings, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions with buyers, sellers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines; convert inquiries, deliver customer service, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Comply with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Previous real estate sales, property consultancy, or similar sales experience is preferred.
• Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred; relevant UAE real estate licensing or registration is advantageous where applicable.

Pay
