Full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Manage listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through residential, commercial, and land property purchases, sales, and rentals.
Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships and respond to inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and review documentation and coordinate with developers and internal teams.
- Follow local regulations and company standards.
- Participate in sales, negotiations, and follow-ups to support successful transactions and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate and property transaction knowledge, including residential, commercial, and land transactions.
- Sales skills in prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client-focused solutions.
- Understanding of real estate development, Abu Dhabi market dynamics, and developer relationships.
- English proficiency, organization and time-management skills, CRM and listing-platform familiarity, and relevant certification are beneficial where applicable; Arabic is an advantage.
