Role overview

Full-time Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant role with Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Generate business and advise buyers and investors on off-plan residential and investment properties.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, build a buyer and investor pipeline, and promote off-plan properties from Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Build client relationships and recommend developments based on investment objectives, budgets, and property needs.
  • Conduct consultations, presentations, and project briefings; arrange and attend client meetings and developer events.
  • Track launches, payment plans, handover schedules, market trends, and developer offerings.
  • Negotiate sales terms and guide clients through reservations and purchases; follow up to convert leads.
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and provide strong customer service.
  • Comply with company policies and applicable UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous real estate sales experience is required; Abu Dhabi or UAE off-plan experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, investment areas, and major developers.
  • Sales-target achievement is advantageous; strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, relationship-management, and lead-conversion skills are required.
  • English fluency is required. Additional languages and a valid UAE driving licence are advantageous.
  • UAE real estate experience and applicable licensing or registration are preferred.

Compensation

  • The description states pay up to AED 1.00 per month and a competitive commission structure with earning potential.
