About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You’ll guide clients through every step of the real estate process while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and relevant documentation
- Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and neighborhood information
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for clients
- Maintain updated listings on company platforms and real estate portals
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long‑term client relationships
Qualifications
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not required
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online listing platforms
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
