Real Estate Listing Manager - Arabic Speaker
About This Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Listing Manager to manage and optimize property listings across leading real estate portals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, manage, and update property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with portal guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for listing details, photos, and pricing.
- Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, photos) to improve performance and exposure.
- Monitor leads, listing performance, and portal insights.
- Remove sold/rented properties and maintain real-time availability.
- Manage portal subscriptions, agent access, and quality scores.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Portal Specialist or similar role (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE property portals.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume listings efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
