Collection Follow-up & Buyer Relations Officer (Real Estate Development)

About This Role

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collection Follow-up & Buyer Relations Officer to manage payment collections and maintain strong relationships with property buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development and a solid understanding of payment plans, collections, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with buyers on due payments in line with agreed payment plans.
• Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment status, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Communicate professionally with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Handle buyer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment updates.
• Support contract compliance and escalate delays or risks when required.
• Assist in handover coordination and final settlements when applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collections and customer relations within real estate development (UAE experience required).
• Strong understanding of payment plans, collections processes, and client handling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a must).
• Experience working with real estate developers (off-plan projects preferred).
• Familiarity with escrow accounts and developer payment structures.
