Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collection Follow-up & Buyer Relations Officer to manage payment collections and maintain strong relationships with property buyers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development and a solid understanding of payment plans, collections, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with buyers on due payments in line with agreed payment plans.
- Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payment status, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Communicate professionally with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Handle buyer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment updates.
- Support contract compliance and escalate delays or risks when required.
- Assist in handover coordination and final settlements when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collections and customer relations within real estate development (UAE experience required).
- Strong understanding of payment plans, collections processes, and client handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a must).
- Experience working with real estate developers (off-plan projects preferred).
- Familiarity with escrow accounts and developer payment structures.
