Real estate Videographer
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Real Estate Videographer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shooting and editing high-quality property videos and creating engaging visual content for marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality videos and photos of residential and commercial properties
- Edit and produce professional property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content
- Create content suitable for listings, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and drones is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate media production
- Knowledge of social media content trends and formats
