About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist who understands the UAE real estate market and knows how to turn digital traffic into qualified leads. This role is suited for someone who combines analytical thinking with hands-on marketing execution.

You will be responsible for creating and managing strategies that attract, engage, and convert potential buyers while supporting the sales team with high-quality opportunities.

Your Role:

• Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns focused on the UAE property market
• Improve website and landing page performance using SEO techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical)
• Manage keywords, metadata, and structured data to increase search visibility
• Monitor real estate trends and adjust campaigns based on market behavior
• Build and optimize conversion funnels, including landing pages, retargeting, and email campaigns
• Track and measure performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms
• Generate leads through organic channels, paid advertising, social media, and property portals
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of experience working in the UAE market (required)
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
• Proven background in lead generation and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Understanding of customer behavior and conversion strategies

Additional Advantages:

• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion-focused writing
• Experience with property CRM systems or MLS integrations
