Sales Contract & Registration Officer (Real Estate Development)

About This Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Contract & Registration Officer to support our real estate development operations in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing sales agreements, coordinating property registration processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage real estate sales contracts (SPA, reservation forms, addendums).
• Coordinate property registration with relevant authorities (e.g., DLD, Oqood).
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with UAE real estate regulations.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, legal teams, and internal departments throughout the sales process.
• Track contract status, payments, and registration progress.
• Maintain organized records of all sales and registration documents.
• Support handover and title deed processes when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate development (UAE experience is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and registration procedures (DLD, Oqood).
• Experience handling sales contracts and property registration processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience working with real estate developers (not brokerage only).
• Familiarity with escrow accounts and developer compliance requirements.
