Seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisor to join the Abu Dhabi team.
The role calls for 1 to 2 years of sales experience and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Arrange and conduct viewings and professionally present property features to prospective buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Apply objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques to finalize property deals.
- Stay current on Abu Dhabi market trends, off-plan projects, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer service, client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
Requirements and qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience; UAE or Abu Dhabi real estate experience is preferred, while strong general sales experience is considered.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and closing techniques.
- Hard-working, resilient, and motivated to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
