You will act as the right hand to the Founder, serving as a critical partner in building our operations from the ground up.
You will act as a central pillar for our operations, managing crucial administrative tasks, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting our sales, leasing, and executive teams to ensure seamless business growth.*
*Comfortable working in a scale-up environment where processes are actively being built.
You don't wait to be told what to do; you look for problems and solve them.

You take pride in owning your projects from A to Z without needing micro-management.*
Administrative/Operations
- ***Listing Management:***
- *Coordinate document collection for compliant property listings and optimize property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle) to maximize visibility, ranking, and lead generation.*
- ***CRM & Lead Distribution:***
- *Help set-up, refine and manage CRM systems for tracking, data entry, and efficient lead distribution.*
- ***Founder Support:***
- *Serve as a key point of contact for executive management, managing schedules, professional email correspondence, and streamlining daily workflows.*
- ***Team Support:***
- *Support sales and leasing teams with day-to-day administrative functions and agent onboarding processes.*
Regulatory & Compliance
- ***Government Portals:***
- *Handle essential Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA registrations, including Ejari processing, Trakheesi permits, and managing Forms A, B, and F.*
- ***Developer Liaison:***
- *Coordinate with developers, handle developer registrations, and maintain strong communication channels.*
- ***Regulatory Liaison:***
- *Act as a liaison with RERA, DLD, MOHRE, and PROs to ensure full regulatory and legal compliance across all workflows.*
Office Coordination
- ***Employee Assistance:***
- *Assist with processing employee authorisations, maintaining salary/commission documentation, and managing contracts in compliance with UAE Labor Law.*
- ***Office Operations:***
- *Standardise and document daily operating procedures (SOPs) so that as the team grows, onboarding the next hire is seamless.
- Coordinate daily office requirements, including facilities, utilities, and maintaining accurate, secure records of contracts, invoicing, and disbursements.*
Social Media & Digital Branding
*Take charge of the Founder’s/Agency's social media presence.
This includes basic graphic creation (using Canva), writing engaging property captions, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online brand that attracts both buyers and sellers.*

- ***Experience:***
- *Minimum 3–4 years of solid administrative experience*
- ***within the Dubai Real Estate industry***

- ***Education:***
- *Bachelor’s degree (BBA or equivalent preferred).*
- ***Technical Skills:***
- *Proficient in Microsoft Office, real estate CRM systems, and property portal backend management.*
- ***Regulatory Knowledge:***
- *Strong familiarity with DLD, RERA, Ejari, Trakheesi systems, and UAE basic compliance norms.*
- ***Soft Skills:***
- *Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, high ethical standards, and strict confidentiality.*
- ***Languages:***
- *Fluent in English*
