About the Role
Crystal Avenue Real Estate is looking for a creative and motivated
Content Creator Intern
who wants to gain real-world experience in real estate marketing, social media content, and brand storytelling.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, students, or aspiring content creators who want to build a strong portfolio in the Dubai real estate industry.
You will work closely with our team to create engaging content for property listings, real estate updates, agent branding, social media campaigns, and day-to-day company activities.

unpaid internship
designed strictly for hands-on experience, exposure, and portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photo and video content for real estate listings, agents, and company branding.
- Assist with filming property tours, behind-the-scenes content, reels, and short-form videos.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Help write captions, hooks, and simple content ideas for real estate posts.
- Support the marketing team in planning and organizing social media content.
- Capture office activities, agent introductions, client moments, and community highlights.
- Research content trends related to Dubai real estate, lifestyle, and property marketing.
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

Requirements
- Fresh graduate, student, or beginner content creator looking to gain experience.
- Interest in real estate, social media, photography, videography, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Comfortable filming short videos and creating social media content.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work with a team and take direction.
- Previous experience is not required, but a basic sample portfolio or social media page is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
You are someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and wants to gain real exposure in the Dubai real estate industry.
You do not need to be highly experienced, but you should be proactive, creative, reliable, and willing to learn.
