Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional
Arabic Person Required
- to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our real estate leads, documentation, and operational processes.
- ***Key Responsibilities:***
- Distribute incoming leads across the sales team based on availability and performance
- Conduct regular surveys and evaluations of marketing and sales team performance
- Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
- Reassign leads and tasks to sales agents as needed to maintain efficiency
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on lead status, performance, and delivery assurance
- Monitor and ensure lead quality throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for all leads in the CRM
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met in lead handling and follow-ups
- ***Requirements:***
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and compliance standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
