About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development
efforts in the Dubai real estate market.
You will be responsible for converting high-intent leads
into active clients for our lead generation and PropTech solutions.
This role is ideal for a "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-quality B2B leads generated through our
- automated AI pipelines.
- Client Onboarding: Conduct high-touch consultations with real estate brokers, agencies, and developers to demonstrate the value of our InvestorsFinder platform.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and
- timely follow-ups.
- Partnership Development: Negotiate referral agreements and commission structures with
- brokerage firms.
- Market Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and improve
- our service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Dubai Real Estate or Tech sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-ticket deals.
- Self-motivated with a "startup" mindset; comfortable working on a commission basis initially.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a major plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing concepts.
