Role Description
: This is a full-time, inhouse Accountant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing journal entries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and
- preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- .
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of
- UAE VAT regulations
- and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (
ACCA, CPA, CMA
, or equivalent) are an advantage.
