Job Summary
IND Global Realty is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through company-provided and self-sourced channels.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and off-plan properties.
- Conduct property consultations, viewings, and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a sales-focused role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000
- Attractive commission structure with earnings up to 40%.
