IND Global Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven
Property Consultant
to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided and self-generated sources.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and off-plan properties across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property prices, and new project launches.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1–2 years of experience
- in Dubai real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and off-plan property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
