🔍 What You'll Do
- Source & recruit high-performing brokers and sales consultants
- Own the full hiring cycle — from pipeline to onboarding
- Partner with leadership to meet aggressive growth targets
✅ What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in real estate or sales
- Solid understanding of the Dubai property market
- Fast, sharp, and people-smart
- 📍 Dubai, UAE \| Full-time
