Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality real estate leads through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, and ROI.
- Create and test audiences, ad creatives, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign data using marketing and analytics tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads at scale.
- Strong analytical and performance marketing skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization is preferred.
