We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent on Salary + Commission, to join our real estate sales team.
You will work directly with buyers, sellers, and renters, conducting property viewings, building client relationships, and closing deals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly
- Generate interest and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with interested and potential clients on a regular basis
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
