Quantity Surveyor
About This Role
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs for interior fit-out and joinery packages.
Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, subcontractors, and logistics.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare commercial and technical submissions for tenders.
Conduct value engineering and cost optimization proposals.
Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate clarifications with clients/consultants.
Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
Prepare project BOQ comparisons and cost analysis reports.
Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and commercial risks.
Prepare interim payment applications, progress valuations, and final accounts.
Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations.
Manage change orders, variations, and claims documentation.
Maintain cost tracking and profitability analysis throughout project lifecycle.
Procurement & Coordination
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material planning.
Verify material quantities before issuing purchase requests.
Liaise with design, production, and site teams for technical clarifications.
Support project managers in commercial decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain estimation database and cost benchmarks.
Prepare weekly/monthly commercial reports.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
