Overview
- Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and tender pricing.
- Analyze project risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stage.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and final accounts.
- Prepare interim valuations and client invoices.
- Track material wastage and cost control measures.
- Handle variation orders, claims, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and commercial procedures.
- Prepare project financial reports and profitability analysis.
