Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out (UAE Driving License Required)
About This Role
Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Quantity Surveyor for our interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in site-based quantity surveying within fit-out works and will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, and site coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material tracking
- Handle variations, progress claims, and cost monitoring
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers
- Attend site visits and ensure accurate project documentation
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Must have experience in Interior Fit-Out projects
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
- Willing to work on-site and travel for site visits
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and cost control processes
- Immediate availability is an advantage
