Quantity Surveyor
About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and contract administration for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies
