Job Description – Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) Location: Dubai, UAE Sector: Villas, Residential Buildings, High-Rise Construction Role Type: Full-time, Post-Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing post-contract activities for villa developments, residential buildings, and high-rise projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cost control, estimation, procurement, and commercial management, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and payment certificates. BOQ preparation and verification from tender/contract documents and shop drawings. On-site and off-site quantity verification for payments and variation works. Evaluation of contractor and subcontractor quotations; preparation of comparison reports. Negotiation of pricing, project timelines, and claims with contractors and suppliers. Cost monitoring and reporting against project budgets, including CVRs and tender reports. Management of subcontractor accounts and procurement quantification. Participation in project meetings, highlighting risks, variations, and wastage control. Preparation of final accounts, variation proposals, and supporting documentation. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors.
