General Description
Leads a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects.
Oversee commercial deliverables, supports claims and variations, and ensures consistency in commercial practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Senior QSs.
- Manage allocation of QS resources to projects.
- Review and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and claims.
- Ensure adherence to commercial SOPs and project objectives.
- Provide input into project reviews and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager on high-risk items.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently.
