Job Summary

1.Measurement & Subcontractor Valuation

• Prepare, verify, and finalize accurate physical measurements based on site progress and drawings.
• Review, evaluate, and certify monthly subcontractor payment applications against completed milestones.
• Support the procurement team by performing detailed commercial comparisons for vendor bidding packages.

2.Variation & Claims Tracking

• Identify, track, and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Maintain a granular project budget tracker and closely monitor the cost-to-complete forecast.

3.Commercial Reporting

• Prepare accurate monthly cost reports for internal management review.
• Coordinate closely with the finance department to ensure proper cash flow and payment planning.

Qualifications And Skills

• **Experience:**
• 5–8 years of building construction Quantity Surveying (QS) experience in the UAE.
• **Project Track Record:**
• Direct experience working as a main contractor site QS on high-rise building projects.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Exceptional BOQ measurement skills, strong understanding of methods, and advanced knowledge of contract variations.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Strong numerical accuracy, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• **Competency Asset:**
• High proficiency in cost-reporting and contract administration tools.
