Overview

1. Project Execution & Team Coordination

• Manage daily project execution and seamlessly coordinate all site teams and internal departments.
• Lead, manage, and enforce accountability across subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist packages.
• Chair weekly site coordination meetings and ensure proper documentation for RFIs, NCRs, and inspections.

2.Progress Management & Reporting

• Ensure strict compliance with the approved programme, technical specifications, and authority requirements.
• Monitor progress, manpower, procurement schedules, and overall project risks.
• Submit highly transparent weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards directly to Baraka management.

3.Risk Mitigation & Recovery Plans

• Proactively identify and escalate project delays, risks, and cost impacts immediately.
• Drive and implement aggressive recovery and acceleration plans whenever site progress falls behind schedule.
• Coordinate directly with Miral, consultants, and Abu Dhabi authorities to clear execution bottlenecks.

Qualifications And Skills

• **Experience:**
• 12–18 years of total building construction experience is required.
• **Project Track Record:**
• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience specifically as a Project Manager on UAE High-Rise Residential projects is mandatory.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Strong knowledge of heavy structures, high-end finishing, complex MEP coordination, and local authority workflows.
• **Reporting Capability:**
• Strong leadership and reporting skills to provide accurate dashboards to executive sponsors.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Excellent communication, strong organization, and a proven ability to manage intense consultant and authority pressure under fast-track project timelines.
• **Location Asset:**
• Abu Dhabi / Yas Island project experience is highly preferred.
