Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Job Summary

1.Inspections & Testing Management

• Manage and coordinate all site inspection requests (WIRs) with the construction team and consultant.
• Monitor concrete pouring, structural steel, waterproofing, blockwork, plastering, MEP, aluminum, and specialist finishing packages.
• Coordinate material and structural testing activities with approved independent laboratories.

2.Non-Conformance & Quality Control

• Identify quality variances, issue formal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive rapid, effective closure with site teams.
• Maintain comprehensive quality logs, inspection records, and material compliance documentation.

3.Handover & Snagging

• Ensure all materials are fully approved by the consultant prior to site installation.
• Prepare and manage the systematic snagging, de-snagging, and final handover quality documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

• **Experience:**
• 5–8 years of construction QA/QC engineering experience.
• **Project Track Record:**
• Proven track record working on high-rise residential building projects.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Advanced knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), building codes, concrete/waterproofing testing, and standard consultant inspection procedures.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Highly detailed-oriented, assertive communication, and structured organization.
• **Location Asset:**
• Mandatory UAE building construction quality assurance experience.
