Join a project team as a Mechanical Quality Control Inspector for District Cooling Plant projects.
The role focuses on mechanical inspection of cooling towers, chilled water systems, piping, and associated plant equipment.
Inspection responsibilities
- Perform mechanical inspections for district cooling plant and cooling tower works.
- Conduct and witness welding inspections and NDT activities.
- Review and verify ITPs, WPS, PQR, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and FEED requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies and client representatives.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor site execution for quality compliance, identify non-conformities, and support corrective actions.
Candidate requirements
- Valid ASNT Level II (NDT Level 2) certification.
- CSWIP or CWI certification is preferred.
- Experience in Cooling Tower and District Cooling Plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of FEED documentation and quality procedures.
- At least 5 years of mechanical QA/QC experience in EPC projects.
- Familiarity with relevant codes such as ASME and AWS.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
